Trauma is a fact of life. It not only matters in our socalled “private lives”.
It matters in all areas of our societies such as politics and economy while it is still banned to stay in the realm of the niches of therapeutic practices – which is just another reflection of fragmentation as it is caused by unresolved trauma.

The most simple definition for trauma is a loss of connection. And we all carry some lost connections in us, playing out in the collective field and hindering us individually and collectively to show up in the fullest integrity with – life! The inner and outer fragmentations that are shaping our lives must be seen and addressed  in their trans-contextual interweaving.

In my work I am addressing all levels: the individual one (trauma healing), the societal one (community work) and our sense of belonging to the human species (active research & Integrity For Future). It doesn’t matter where we start as long as we do our first steps on the path TOWARDS. The Art of Pearl Diving opens for us the crucial dimension of depth. The compass below might help you to find the entry point which feels just right for you in this moment in time of your life.

THE COMPASS >

YOU towards soul integrity

To face our manifold societal distortions a just-sufficient amount of trust amongst us is needed. What is our “lowest common denominator”? Can we all meet in the acknowledgement of our vulnerability? Can we meet in the acknowledgement that something has broken?

Societal change starts with a personal decision. To turn to our own wounding. To feel and admit the inner places that hurt. Acknowledging our full humanness with the givens that come from our nervous systems, with our deep need to bond and with the needs of our soul.

WE towards soul integrity

We are living in uncertain times. A rather limiting response to inner and outer uncertainties is our effort to bring things under control. A trauma informed, regenerative and world aware approach will give  you access to another form of safety which is much more reliable and gives space to creativity and innovation.

Unseen fragmentations in the web of our relationships compromise our ability to co-create. Re-installing coherence in your enterprise, family, neighbourhood, organisation will offer their members the basic conditions to engage. Overcoming the artificial separation of personality and role you have penetrated the alchemy of transformation.

ENGAGE >

In suppressing our humanness we have become accustomed to a reduced level of connection, commitment
and relational depth – without noticing that we have cut ourselves off from the most central energy source
on our planet!

towards soul integrity

To come to a shared understanding of the humanity we would like to be we need to address the deep personal and societal wounding that is our shared reality as well.

How do we live up to the possibilities of soulfulness, smoothly self-regulating nervous system and a matured capability to bond?

How can the structures we build to help organise our communities be trauma informed, regenerative and world aware?

One thing is for sure. The shared understanding can’t be another set of rules or a fixed concept.

The safety we are longing for will come with our commitment to relate to the question of the questions every day a new – for ourselves, in the way we built our societies and in the body of humanity itself.

Can we start to explore the structures that are at the same time flexible and reliable enough to contain this ongoing process that we can also call LIFE? This is at the core of my invitation. Our orientation towards soul integrity is a powerful resource on our way into the new.
