Integrity For Future on tour

Integrity isn’t a concept. It is an embodied experience. It only becomes meaningful, tangible and alive through people, their individual way to relate to it and the way they live it within their various contexts of their lives and their communities. In order to not compromise this living truth we need to be willing to listen to 8 billion voices, to say to everyone.

This is the reason why Integrity For Future goes “on tour”.

To ask questions that reveal the unbroken strength and beauty that lays in each and everyone of us.

In 2025 a beautiful opportunity for a co-creation emerged. My husband Henrik and I traveled to the South of Sinai to hold space for the 1st Regional Innovation Lab supporting the work of the Habiba Community, a network focusing on regenerative agriculture and community living.

Inspired by our first trip to Sinai in January 25 when Henrik and I got to know HABIBA COMMUNITY in Nuweiba we followed the invitation of the founders, Maged El-Said and Lorena Rancati, to host a workshop on site to support a fruitful trajectory of their work into the future.

The Habiba Innovation Lab

6 days in November

In November 2025 a small group of people coming in from Germany and another dozen people from the Egyptian community on site gathered for a 6 day retreat. Together we explored the burning future questions of the participants in open space formats, meditative journaling and Systemic Innovation Constellations and related them to the every day reality of the Habiba community to see where the needs and visions meet.

The way we gathered was also the premiere of a new format, the Regional Innovation Lab, which can be applied in different contexts, regions, communities. The process is based on the 9 principles of the Emotional Innovation Solutionsā„¢ approach. As the workshop was both, a nourishing experience and a source of very concrete action steps (see the documentation below) we dare to call it a successful prototype.

We are happy to make it available to you, adapting it to the special needs of your given context. The equivalent to the REGIONAL INNOVATION LAB for teams and organisations is the STRATEGIC LAB

To make the experience more tangible for you we are sharing here the original invitation and the report, gathering impressions and concrete outcomes of our time together.

Integrity For Future will continue its weaving of the different voices on integrity on site. Below you find our findings from 2025. Enjoy the vivid impressions in pictures below.

8 billion people

15 questions

Parallel to the Habiba Innovation Lab I continued my world wide exploration of the meaning of integrity for our species in interviewing different people. Some of them I recorded.

Sometimes there is space to go through the whole questionnaire with its 15 questions. Sometimes minor adaptions are needed to meet the given time frame or the context of the person I speak to. And it is always about listening and offer everyone the same space for self exploration without interfering with my own thoughts or feelings too much.

Below you find the voices of the founders of the Habiba community, Maged and Lorena. On site I also had the chance to speak with two people from different beduin tribes, Moussa from the Jebeliya tribe close to Saint Catherine and Om Talal, from the Mezena tribe in Nuweiba.

Integrity is … Maged (33 min.)

Integrity is … Lorena (18 min.)

Integrity is … Moussa (16 min.)

Integrity is … Om Talal (4 min.)

collecting 8 billion voices

Every interview speaks for itself. And: with every share the singular pieces start to weave a bigger picture. So far 3 important fields of exploration did naturally emerge in my overallĀ  conversations.

The relational field

Historical wounds & collective trauma

The social field

Equity & the rise of consciousness

The ecological field

Reforestation & Regenerative Agriculture

What has been revealed for us?

Wherever you go on our beautiful planet one thing that can not be denied is the life destructing impact human attitude and action has within the ecological systems we should naturally belong to. There is a link between our destructive behaviour and the piling up layers of trauma our societies are build on. The widening of our perception might help us see patterns in nature that are also accessible in us.

What I see emerging when listening to my interview partners and also by witnessing what happened during the 1st Regional Innovation Lab in Nuweiba is a new pattern – theĀ  pattern of repair. The longing for repair seems to be deeply embedded in the core of our human-beingness.

relational repair
social repair
ecological repair

the emergence

of a culture of repair

The initiative Integrity For Future is built on the full acknowledgement of the longing of the human soul to contribute to beauty and to allow our ability for and our inner tending towards repair to express in the world.

Repair doesn’t seek to fix. It rather comes with our willingness to not hide, dissociate or justify away from our heart brokenness about the state of our world but to feel it to the fullest.

The people that gathered in Egypt this year were courageous enough to do that. In “composting” the painful experiences of a culture of exploitation and scapegoating together new spaces opened up.

New possibilities appeared that already began to take form in concrete soul led activities and the social, relational and ecological fields proving that we are stepping into the new era of a culture of repair.
