Yes, we are learning together.
Posting my last monthly Cease Fire entry here in our community I hurt someone. When I became aware of that I was deeply bothered.
Acting based on my best intention I had harmed someone. And that mattered.
The soil under our feet is fragile. As a human community we are walking on a ground that is mined with the countless violations of life that remained unaddressed in the depth of our hearts.
The trust has been broken. I think this is true for many if not for all of us being part of the human species.
I don’t want to add to the pile of breakups around me and I am so relieved that my friend and I could make space for our heartbreak instead.
What is your experience with heartbreak? Could you stay open enough to not fall into the trap of scapegoating? How can we learn to remain vulnerable in the deepest pain – for the sake of the integrity of the relationship that matters/ mattered?
