How do the people in your neighborhood, in your city, in your country relate to their inner knowing about life and what importance are they giving it when they think of our world today?
Integrity is an embodied experience and has very individual colours. It only becomes meaningful, tangible and alive through the variety of people and the different ways they relate to it. Let us start with listening that every single voice is given attention and can be heard.
“integrity HUBS” are an occasion to start this conversation in your community. My wish is it to set an impulse that can encourage and inspire.
It is an easily applicable format so that you can go in lead and create such a space where you are living. Only a few basic things need to be assured.
My team and I are happy to help you collect the necessary “ingredients”.

What is needed?
a physical space which
– is visible and accessible for all members in your community
– has an inviting atmosphere and includes beauty
– provides comfortable seats for an interview setting/ small gatherings
– possibly offers the tools for video recording
– a long table is of benefit if you invite a group for a “soul talk”
the basic integrity questionnaire which
– can be handed out in a printed form
– can be made accessible in any other form due to what the space offers
one committed person who
– is capable and willing to host the space
– signs responsible for the HUB
– assures the quality of non-judgement and openness to listen

The Questions
Below you find the basic questionnaire that I use for my interview series “Integrity is …”.
The questionnaire is a good base and gives a variety of questions from which you can choose depending on the timeframe in your given context.
This questionnaire is neither static or fix – it’s alive! Feel free to become creative yourself and add the questions that are important for you or the person you talk to. And let us know about your experience!

prototyping is mutual learning
The 1st integrity HUB in Staufen
In autumn 2022 we opened the first “integrity HUB” in Staufen, the small town in the South of Germany where I live. It was prototyping at its best. When I told a friend about my vision she spontaneously offered me to use the shop she was planning to close soon anyhow. Tuning into the room and what would make the offer accessible to the people here the co-creation began. As the timeframe was limited we created it in a style of a pop-up store with a series of events & opportunities for exchange.
I am encouraging you to consider unconventional ways to realise such a space. If the vibes are supportive you could create a HUB in a corner of any public place such as a store or a Café. We are pioneering. New ideas and an adventurous spirit are key for our mutual learning.
