WHO
is traveling?
Ann La-Forker (founder of Integrity For Future and the Puck Project) and Henrik Langholf (founder of Spirit For Future), decided to merge their work and leave their shared home in the South of Germany to go on tour for a couple of years.
WHEN
does the journey begin?
The warming up for the journey will be the Global SME Forum in June 2026 in Davos, Switzerland.
The kick-off for the actual tour is the HABIBA INNOVATION LAB, taking place at the end of October 2026 in the desert of Sinai.
WHY
this is happening?
Ann and Henrik are two devoted process facilitators. They love to offer spaces where the unknown can be explored in a way that helps communities to do the next step towards a thriving way of living. Offering their work mainly in Germany over the last years they became aware that there are more places searching for this kind of support. They are following the call of a world in crisis with a clear sense of what is possible if we face the truth of this moment in time together.
WHAT
is it about?
At the heart of an Innovation Lab are the trauma-aware and future informed Systemic Innovation Constellations Henrik and Ann are holding space for together.
Integrity Talks and Interviews add to the offer which perfectly combines their expertises.

Social soil is core
An Innovation Lab is an experimental space to explore questions such as:
- What are you caring for, and what is the „burning question“ that is challenging you
- How are the relationships between the key players in your field, and what could help to set even more possibilities free?
- What are the unheard voices or unintegrated potentials, that need attention and acknowledgement?
- What creates hidden costs, and how can we avoid this?
- What becomes possible, when you and me connect?
The Background
Habiba Innovation Lab in Egypt
The Habiba Innovation Lab is an initiative that started in Nuweiba in South Sinai/Egypt in 2025. The community there, including Bedouin tribes, national & international universities, global ecosystem networks and political stakeholders – and possibly you – are inspired by the vision of a greening of the whole region of Nuweiba.

The next in person gathering in Nuweiba will take place from October 26 – 31 2026. It will be the kick-off for the Co-Creating Hope Tour 26 -28. In preparation of the Lab we meet regularly in monthly calls. From July on the doors are open for you to join our gatherings.

The Labs mission is not limited to one place: it is to create hope for a better future for the young generations and the ones to come through hands-on, place-based innovative solutions in the fields of food security & ecosystem regeneration, community living & education, sustainable economy & workplaces.
We believe that this can only be achieved through a growing global connectedness „from heart to heart“, letting go of the old paradigms of „Global North“ and „Global South“ and going beyond.
