Integrity For Future is made for the road. To speak with 8 billion people – no one of you left out – I need to move my own body. I need to travel to be on site and meet you where you are.
Examples like my journeys through > South Africa, Portugal and > Egypt as well as the experiences I could make with > Puck on Tour, visiting market places in my home region with my small caravan during the summer, gave clear prove of it: it’s time to move!
And it’s also time to not walk alone anymore. The life circumstances now allow for my beautiful husband, partner in life and work, to join in the traveling.
We will leave our home and embark for our Co-creating Hope Tour to meet people, offer our work and learn. Your Heartbeat Innovation Lab, Integrity Talk or Pearl Dive is now only one travel away. Exited to hit the road we are looking forward to meeting you in your region. Henrik & Ann

Our works aim is it to create hope for a better future for the young generations and the ones to come through supporting hands-on, place-based innovative solutions in the fields of food security & ecosystem regeneration, community living & education, sustainable economy & workplaces.
We believe that this can only be achieved through a growing global connectedness „from heart to heart“, letting go of the old paradigms of „Global North“ and „Global South“ and going beyond.

WHAT
is the tour about?
The heart of Ann’s and Henriks common work is their future informed and trauma-aware approach. This is where their professional and personal expertises meet. The central format they chose for their tour is the Heartbeat Innovation Lab. It is designed for people who carry a real question and want to contribute to a better future by turning emotional pressure into emotional innovation.
WHY
this is happening?
For a long time Ann and Henrik love to offer spaces where the unknown can be explored in a way that helps individuals, communities, enterprises and organisations to do the next step towards thriving. Meeting the challenges and chances of a world in crisis with open eyes and hearts they decided to follow their inner call, pack their bag and call the road and the people they’ll meet their home for a while.
WHO
is traveling?
At the beginning of 2026, Ann La-Forker (Integrity For Future) and Henrik Langholf (Spirit For Future) – partner in life and work for more than a decade – decided to leave their shared home in the South of Germany to go on tour for a couple of years. They are accompanied by varying members of the different Learning Cohorts gathering in their Labs.
WHEN
does the journey begin?
The actual Co-creating Hope Tour starts with the Habiba Innovation Lab, taking place at the end of October 2026 in the desert of Sinai (details & the invitation to join below), followed by invitations from partners in South Africa and India. A list of the destinations and events ahead is published on this homepage.
HOW
is the work done
Tailer-made formats, adaptable to the given contexts, are offered during the tour. At the heart: the Habiba Innovation Lab and its regional variations (6 days), complemented by local Heartbeat Innovation Labs (1-3 days), always framed with the two core activities of Integrity For Future: Integrity Talks (in groups) and Integrity Interviews (1:1 setting).

OCTOBER 2026 EGYPT – the actual Kick-Off for the Co-creating Hope Tour: 26.10. – 31.10. Habiba Innovation Lab in Nuweiba, South Sinai (now open for your application, more information below)
NOVEMBER 2026 – February 2027 SOUTH AFRICA – inquiry journey: exploration of the possibilities for an Ubuntu Innovation Lab 2027 taking place in January/ February (open for partnerships – get in touch to be part of the co-creation)
MARCH 2027 – EGYPT – tending the social soil: second opportunity for Integrity Talks and 1-3 days Innovation Labs in Kairo & Sinai (get in touch)

Join our Learning Cohort 2026
The application process to join the Learning Cohort 2026 of the 2nd Habiba Innovation Lab in South Sinai is now open. The Lab is taking place at the Habiba organic farm in Nuweiba from October 26 – 31 2026.
The community there, including Bedouin tribes, national & international universities, global ecosystem networks and political stakeholders is inspired by the vision of greening the whole region of Nuweiba.
